Experiment 115 is a mysterious, unidentifiable food item found within the chests of a Dark Tower. Adventurers are welcomed by a ready supply of Experiment 115 throughout the Dark Tower, but the nature of the food item is...rather concerning. Despite these concerns, Experiment 115 still seems very cake-like, and acts as such. Placing Experiment 115 slices on the ground when pressing Right-Click, and retrieved by Crouch Right-Clicking, can create a Block of Experiment 115 once done 8 times.
This mysterious "cake" can become even more appetizing by sprinkling some Redstone Dust on top, as the Block of Experiment 115 will slowly regenerate whenever a slice is eaten, determined by the Tick Rate, allowing for an infinite supply of Experiment 115! However, once these sprinkles have been applied to the Block of Experiment 115, these slices can no longer be retrieved, so it is wise to be smart when deciding where to place it.
Usage[edit]
Just eating a piece of Experiement 115 will provide the player with 4 () points of Hunger and 2.4 points of Saturation, which is nothing special to be seen. Despite being a renewable source of food for any player willing to take the risk of consuming this mysterious "cake", there are several other uses for Experiment 115 that can easily be overlooked.
Composting[edit]
Much like other food sources, Experiment 115 is able to be placed into a Composter. Doing so has an 85% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
Advancements[edit]
Experiment 115 grants a concerning number of advancements to the player, proving that this experiment might have more to hide than what has been shown.
- Consuming Experiment 115 for the first time will reward the player will the Advancement: Mystery Meat
- Placing Redstone Dust on a Block of Experiment 115 will reward the player with the Advancement: Making a note: Huge Success!
- If all other food sources have been eaten, the player will be rewarded with the Advancement: We Dine At Eternal Sundown
Redstone Signals[edit]
Attaching a Redstone Comparator to any side of a Block of Experiment 115 with Sprinkles will give off a redstone signal relating to the amount of slices are remaining, with a full block emitting the maximum signal, while smaller slices emit smaller signals. This can be very helpful for redstone contraptions that rely on a random set timer!
